University of Chicago / Physical Sciences Masterplan

The UChicago Physical Sciences Masterplan projected the development of two quadrangles of Campus West, including the Gordon Center on the Crerar Quad, the Eckhardt Center and the New Engineering and Science Building on the North Quad. The study involved migrating research programs across Ellis Ave, building the Gordon Center, decanting and tearing down the Research Institutes as well as the fabled Accelerator Building, and renovating the Searle Chemistry lab.
